All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at checkout.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom items are made specifically to customer specifications and are subject to our Custom Product Policy (see below).

Design Proof & Approval Policy

To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, all custom orders go through a design proof stage prior to production.

1. Submission of Details

Customers provide all required personalization details at checkout (names, dates, colors, etc.).

 

2. Digital Proof Creation

A digital mockup (proof) will be created and sent via email within 3-business days.

 

3. Review & Approval

Customers must carefully review the proof for:

  • Spelling

  • Dates

  • Measurements

  • Layout

  • Color selections

  • Design placement

Written approval (via email) is required before production begins.

 

4. Production Begins

Once approval is received:

  • The design is considered final.

  • No additional changes can be made.

  • Production timeline (2–3 weeks) begins.

 

5. Revisions

Minor revisions are allowed. Significant design changes may require an additional design fee

Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Jordanswood2025@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will review the situation and do our best to provide a reasonable resolution.

 

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Customer covers return shipping

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item
    We will evaluate and determine an appropriate solution.

Custom Product Policy

Because custom items are created specifically for you, the following terms apply:

 

1. Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, names, measurements, and design details prior to production.

Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

 

2. Production Time

Custom items require additional production time. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page but are not guaranteed.

 

3. Design Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products (wood grain, resin flow, laser engraving, paint absorption), each piece will have slight variations. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade work.

 

4. Copyright & Trademark Responsibility

By submitting names, logos, or phrases, you confirm you have the legal right to use them. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright violations submitted by customers.

 

5. No Returns

Custom products are final sale except in cases of confirmed production error or damage during shipping.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jordan’s Wood. Each piece is created with care, and we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please review our shipping policies below.

 

Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom / Personalized Orders: Processed within 7–14 business days.

  • During high-volume seasons, processing times may be extended. Updated timelines will be noted on the website when applicable.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via major carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after processing

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery location

Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Jordan’s Wood is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the item.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Jordan’s Wood is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or theft.

 

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items require production time before shipping. Please ensure all customization details are correct before submitting your order.

Once production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready.

  • Pickup instructions and scheduling details will be provided at that time.
