Design Proof & Approval Process
To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, all custom orders go through a design proof stage prior to production.
1. Submission of Details
Customers provide all required personalization details at checkout (names, dates, colors, etc.).
2. Digital Proof Creation
A digital mockup (proof) will be created and sent via email within [X business days].
3. Review & Approval
Customers must carefully review the proof for:

Dates

Measurements

Layout
-
Color selections
-
Design placement
Written approval (via email) is required before production begins.
4. Production Begins
Once approval is received:

The design is considered final.

No additional changes can be made.

Production timeline (2–3 weeks) begins.
5. Revisions
Minor revisions are allowed. Significant design changes may require an additional design fee.
